One person, one week, a mountain of manual work
A precision manufacturer came to Ephraim Solutions with a simple ask: how do we make what Debbie does faster — using both traditional automation and AI? Debbie's role was essential, but it ran almost entirely by hand, and with her retirement approaching, that knowledge risked walking out the door with her.
Two processes consumed her week. Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) had to be processed one at a time. And lab results arrived by email, which Debbie tracked across a maze of spreadsheets and folders before manually re-entering and updating the data in NetSuite.
